Wanted to reconfirm my BP before jogging, the reading also almost the same as on Sunday. The pulse was lower, in the range of 50++.

6.06 km and only burnt 386 kcal, I wonder whether all the food that I took on Sunday like fried noodles, fishes, chicken and roti kosong are able to burn off as energy in this run.
Reading was taken after 20 minutes jog. The heart rate seems still high
This time, measure the BP after showering, changed my office attires and prayed, which was about 45 minutes after the jog. Except the pulse rate, BP not much different.

None other than Jing Han. She was curious when I measured mine and she wanted me to measure her BP also. Looks like children has lower BP than adult. The range for a child from age 6-13 is (82-120)/(55-80), according to Medscape. And the pulse for her age is 70 to 110 beats/min. So, it means that Han's BP and Pulse are normal :)
