It's Saturday, could have waken up late but somehow, the nature alarm clock would not let me do that. Weather was good this morning....started with a good pace and slowly increased it...to my surprise, I managed to jog faster than Thursday and completed the jog in 32'42" compare to 32'59. Of course, as expected, the faster I run, my heart rate increased. I guess it was to pump more blood so that my body has enough oxygen to produce the energy needed. The calories also burnt out higher (426 kcal) compare to Thursday (407 kcal).
Can I maintain the pace, yet to know. Let's wait for my next jog.......
