I Need to Jog to Have a Good BP ?

Woke up at 6am, wanted to know the BP reading before jogging, so took one measurement before the jog.

127/85, slightly higher than the normal range, which is between 90 to 120 for systolic (blood pressure when the heart beats) and 60 to 80 for diastolic (when the heart rests between the beats). According to the medical term, my range is called prehypertension.
The heart rate was low, could it be not much activities during the sleep that caused the heart does not need to beat fast ?

The pace for today was slower than the previous day. The average speed achieved was only 10.7 km/h and took me 34 minutes to complete the jog.

After the warm down exercise and shower, measured the BP again and this time the reading was within normal range.

BP within normal range and the heart rate now is 80 compare to 55 before jogging. Shows that I need to exercise to maintain my BP in the normal range :)  :)
