Monday always is Blue to many people. Since I only slept 4 hours on Saturday night due to celebrating Thomas's birthday. Body unlike 20s age....so, decided to sleep early yesterday, around 8pm++.
Started my jog at 5am, I could feel that my pace was not the same as previous, looked at my sport watch and the starting pace was slow...however, keep jogging until completed the 6km distance. It's true that I ran slower than Saturday. Heart rate and calories consumed went down as well. But it's okay, as long I can wake up, jog and get sweat, my body will get the enough uhmmmmm to stay healthy and move on...... Never give up !!!
