Was supposed to jog in the morning, set alarm at 6am but didn't wake up, just felt body was out of control, wanted to sleep only. In fact, it was my daughters who woke me up at about 7am++, it's their time to wake up around this hour though they have no school during the weekend.
Sent Han to Cambridge class after breakfast, went to Giant Hypermarket to buy stuff for Charmian and at 11am had an appointment with the real estate agent to sign the tenancy agreement before Charmian moves in on 15 Aug. Then, met Charmian and went lunch with her. Reached home around 2pm. Rested a while, sent Han for her swimming class at Sport Complex Shah Alam. Han finished her class at 3pm, reached home about 4pm. The water tap at the car porch has been leaking for a week, repairing took me about 30 minutes. Then, still have my cloths and kids uniforms to iron. By the time finished ironing, it was already about 6.30pm. felt very tired, especially the legs. But since few days didn't go jogging, decided to do so. Luckily the weather not that hot around that time.
Managed to finished 8 laps at the nearby park, which took me about 38 minutes. Not bad huh !
See, how I spent my most of my Saturday....time flies very fast on this day.

Jogging @ 26.07.17
Pace did not improve, in fact getting slower. Why ? Could it be due to the football game effect that caused my leg muscles not fully recovered ? But some minor injuries happened in football is common. Or could it be I was over exhausted on Sunday ? Morning took part in 10km running event, evening went for football game ! Should I skip the game on this coming Sunday to see if it really the cause ?
I was not able to sleep well at certain nights as Xuan was not feeling well, she could cried in the mid night especially when I left her sleep alone and went to the other room to sleep myself. Once she realized I was not sleeping beside her, she would start crying and yelling to call me.
Have to do the blood test again this Saturday. Hopefully result is ok.

PJ Half Marathon 2017
It's Sunday but woke up 4.30am this morning for the PJ Half Marathon 2017 10km event. Went to Puchong to fetch 2 kakis before heading to the event place, which was near to civic hall.
Reached here about 5:45am, still early.....But the 21km has started at 5am.
Many still not back from the 10km run.
The rest area has moved to the back of the shops.
Yes, I done it again !
The old State cinema still here but only screening Indian movies.
10.6 km at 1 hour 1 min. Slower than the previous Standard Chartered Marathon in May 17, which I completed the 10.6 km at 56 min.
Lucky number ? :) :)

Jogging @ 20.07.17
Again, hard time to wake up for the jog but still managed to get up and went for it. The pace was super slow, 8.7 km/h. After my football game on Sunday evening, the thigh was pain at the beginning of the jog but somehow it disappear later, guess this is the good thing about exercising, it helps to release not only tension but the body pain.
Anyway, 3 more days to go for the PJ Half Marathon event on Sunday. Hopefully by then my pace can be in tip top condition, target to complete the run within one hour. Hopefully can maintain my previous record (56 minutes) that I achieved during Standard Chartered Marathon event in May this year. Cheers !

Jogging @ 18.07.17
Almost two weeks I stopped jogging. Donated blood on 9 July and got flu and coughing for the whole week. Conditions became unbearable on last Wednesday, went to consult GP after work, got the medicine. The next morning, condition was not improved but still went to office until I could not focus on my work and went again to see the same doctor to ask for a medical leave as I really wanted to rest at home.
The next day, got an appointment to with the Urologist at Sunway Medical. Fortunately health condition improved. After sending Han to school, went to SMC area to have a breakfast, arrived at 8.25am, registered and got the number 5. The nurse asked me to hold the bladder. But I still went to toilet for a "morning release" :) However, I still waited for about 2 hours before my turn. By that time, bladder really full. Dr asked me a few questions and then lay down on the bed for ultrasound scanning. Tried very hard to hold my bladder especially when he pressed hard on my bladder area. Then, the nurse asked me go to pee and come back again. Dr did another ultrasound scanning and the final part was the most painful when he inserted the scope into my anus to see my prostate.
Once everything done, Dr told me to do another blood test after a month to see if the PSA reading is the same or higher, if it is, then may consider to do a biopsy. He explained that there are reasons to cause the PSA to be high, one is the urinary infection. Since I had this infection in mid June but went for the blood test early July. The other reason is my age, which is unlikely to have high PSA.
So, I would need to do another blood test in mid Aug before returning to see the Dr. Hopefully the PSA reading will go down, like what Dr said the first result was due to urinary infection. The medical cost for this check up is not cheap...RM401.35.

Jogging @ 08.07.17
Could not believe I had stopped for a week..... all sort of reasons...tired, raining were the most common and followed by leg pain. It's Saturday but woke up quite early today, about 5am. Why ? No water supply since Friday's night. Usually it only last for one day and the water tap would see water coming in the wee hour but not this time. Checked the Syabas website and very poor, no updated information available. So, brought 2 water containers and a few big mineral bottles, drove to Putra Heights Toll Plaza to fill up the water. It was windy, I liked such weather in the early morning. Saw some people went there to take shower...After done, went home and it was about 5.50am.
So, decided to jog since the chill weather had given me a very fresh morning. Anyway, the jog was still in a very slow pace though I felt not that tough compared to the last jog (last Saturday). For the past one week did not go for a jog, why ? All sort of reasons...tired, raining (in fact only one day rained) and follow by leg pain.....Recently getting easier to feel tire though I slept early. Age is catching up, insufficient of nutritious or other reasons ? Lazy to find out. Hopefully I can maintain the jogging habit from next week.

Han Moves to Yellow Level 1
After 7 lessons in her red level 2, finally she completed this level now and move to Yellow Level 1 from 1 July onward. She really likes swimming but again her less attentive remains her weakness. I told her that if she still does not pay attention to what teacher says, I would not send her to swimming again. Hopefully she can improve from here, otherwise, got to find ways to overcome her less focus attitude. Let's see how many lessons she has to undertake to move to yellow level 2.

Jogging @ 01.07.17
The momentum came back for today's jog. Weather not very hot could be one of the reasons especially in the evening where I used to feel quite tough but not for today.
