Another hard day for me to wake up. As usual, my lovely daughters are the motivators ! The pace considered very slow, only 10.1km/h. Today also would be the first challenging day in work......I have to spend more time in the factory instead of sitting in office doing the strategy planning. Why ? Because the serious problems are yet to solve by those so called "HODs" in production office despite a few meetings, personal talk and amble time gave to them. Very little result or not up to the management expectation for the past 2 months.
Only one thing in my mind. I want to proof to them I can do it ! Don't forget I started my job in this company by doing a lot of hand works in the factory. Though age is catching up but I still believe I can do it !!!
Wish me luck and give me strength !
