Jing Han's Mid Term Report Card

It was a parents day on 24 May. My Papa and Mommy came to my school along with Jing Xuan after taking our breakfast. We waited our turn to meet my 2 teachers. They show my report card to Papa and Mommy...

  This is my school name and I am in class N2 (4 year old)

 

 See, so many things I have learned in my school and the result is not bad huh..... :)

 I love to sing, coloring and dancing..... :)  Teacher said sometimes I am talkative....mmmm.....but I am learning how to talk mah.... :)

KL Marathon Official Result - I Done It !

Yes, the result is out today. Been waiting for this moment just to check how was my standing among the runners in my category and overall group.

Rank 51 in veteran category and 286 overall 10km runners. Not bad huh !

Yes, I can do it !!!

Next, should I consider to take part in half marathon next year ? It's 21km. Mmmm....let me consider since it is still a long time. Will know by then...  :)

Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2017

It's Sunday but still have to wake up very early, at 4.30am as today is my 2nd running event in 2017. Have registered Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2017 10km run a few months ago and after all the training, today would see my training result. Targeted to complete the run within 1 hour as I never did that after reaching my age at 40.

Went to Bandar Puchong to fetch another 2 friends before heading to nearby LRT since all major roads were closed, would be hassle to drive to the event place.

We were supposed to take the LRT at Kinrara BK5 station but it was not opened. We rushed to Sri Petaling station but also closed. Ended at Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station. We understand that all the LRT stations would start operation from 2am onward but 2 stations were closed. Strange !!!
But after verifying the information again, the website stated on selected stations will commence operations from 2am.

 It's 5.58am when we arrived here and my event started at 6.45am, started to think whether I could arrive the place in time.

Fortunately, arrived in time, still able to join in the warm up session before the run started 5 minutes later after the warm up.

Finished my run at about 7.41am, some participants already came back.

Notice that the word Cycling which was supposed to be Running. I selected the wrong mode during the event, guess it was too rushed and sky was dark, I didn't really look carefully. 

Anyhow, I am satisfied and happy with the timing that I achieved....10.60 km in 56 minutes !

Am I ready for KL Marathon 10km Event ?

Have to skip jogging yesterday since it rained. This Sunday will be running my 10km at the Stand-Chart KL Marathon. Major roads will be closed on Saturday mid night beginning from 1.30am until Sunday 12.30pm. The only convenient transport is LRT and it's complimentary starts from 2am to 6am.

See you this Sunday !

Jogging @ 16.05.17

Woke up at 4.23am when my mind suddenly flooded with office work matters. Could not go continue my sleep, so just laid on the mattress until the alarm watch sounded at 4.45am.

Work getting more tougher as days pass by but fortunately I still able to sleep through whole nights without waking up in the mid night like previous years. Guess it could due to the chanting effect and Buddha hears my voices and protecting me from all those negative energy.  Anyway, life goes on and I pray that the Buddha is always with me !

Han's School Sport Day

It's Sunday but also Han's school sport day. She has to wake up early and report to school at 7am. She told me she would participate in a running event and representing Blue group.

The existing canvases are not enough to accommodate all the parents and children.

Ordered this for my breakfast....RM4.00. Certainly the price is not this high during my time.
