After resting for 2 days, time to get back to the track......as usual, woke up at 4.40am and went out for my regular jogging. Surprisingly, my badly injured leg does not give me any problem during the jog. It only hurts a bit when I want to fully bend the knee.
Anyway, 2 weeks to go before my next running event,
National Geographic Earth Day Run on next Sunday.
Slow pace....
