The Effect of Jogging After Donating Blood

Feeling the pace has been quite slow after donating blood on last Wednesday. Could it be due to the lower level of oxygen as a result of red blood cells reduced in my body ? I was given Ferrous Fumarate and Folic Acid tablets that last for a week.

Ferrous Fumarate is for supplementing iron in the blood but one should not take this if has allergic to the ingredient of the tablet. A person who has high level of iron in blood or certain iron metabolism problems also should avoid taking this tablet.

Folic Acid, I thought only women need it but apparently I was wrong. Folic acid is some form of Vitamin B and it helps to produce or maintain new cells. Again, one should not take this if the person is allergic to folic acid.
