Missed my jogging for 2 days.....told myself no matter what, have to jog today, else I will not jog for the next 2 days because tomorrow is Saturday and then Sunday. I want to wake up slightly late instead of 6am or 6.30am just for the jog. Can't help for the pace.....just let it be and see I can increase the pace on my next running event...
