Now one week only managed to jog for 1 to 2 days only. A Saturday evening jog but only managed to go for 5 laps at the nearby recreation park. Stomach has not been well for the past few days. No alternate jogging but took a lot of meat especially on Thursday when going to Johor with bosses. Morning Bak Kut Teh, then no activities, only sit in the car, arrived JB, had mostly meat dishes. Dinner with bosses again also big portion of meat dishes. I know I could not take a lot of meat nowadays, the effect can be felt when I jog. Not only this time but it happened for a few times. each time when I took lots of meats, my stomach would feel uneasy.
Though nowadays play football on Sunday, but will that game helps to maintain the fitness ? I enjoy the football game but each time after playing, the next day would feel body-ache and it normally took 2 to 3 days to recover. Does this mean that the body is no longer can accept the aggressive game and have to slow down ? Or this is the symptom of aging ? But I won't give up....football still is my favorite sport.
If you believe you can conquer the fears, you can do it !
