Jogging - 29.03.17

Did not jog for the past 3 days as the body felt tire. Could it be because I did not sleep early ? I stayed late until 10.30pm to 11pm for the past 2 days, just wanted to do some financial researches and readings, hopefully can kick start my project soonest. Feeling very uneasy.... Guilty for not been running for few days ? Maybe. So, forced myself die die also must wake up and go for the jog.....Finally, I did it !!  :)  :)

Holiday at Cameroon Highland (20.03.17)

Since it is school holiday, decided to bring kids to Cameroon Highland. Weather has not been very good, rain almost every afternoon or evening for the past weeks.

Anticipated there will be very crowded and traffic jam but this is the only time where Jing Han is free for a long vacation. Kids were so happy when I told them 2 months ago about this trip.

We left around 10.40am from home. The rain has stopped but sky still very cloudy, I guess it would be either a rainy or cloudy day.

Traffic was slow along the highway but not that heavy compare to those big festive seasons. We arrived at Tapah around 12.20pm and stopped by at one restaurant that was recommended by a friend.

 A friend recommended this restaurant, which is very near after exit from Tapah toll.

We only ordered 3 dishes since we can't eat much.

After lunch, we left the restaurant about 1.20pm, according to google GPS, estimated arrival time was about 3pm. The distance was about 58km, which is nearer compared to using Simpang Pulai route. However, the old road is more curly and the two kids started to complaint headache after an hour drive. I had to drive slow and smooth. When reaching the Brinchang town, found out that the night market road has already changed to one way and traffic was very heavy. We booked an apartment at Copthorne was in Kea Farm, about 3 km but it took us 32 minutes to reach there !! We arrived the apartment about 3.35pm.

Average temperature is about 18°C, the kids like the weather

We walked about 10 minutes to the nearby Pasar Tani. This is one of the shops selling flowers and souvenirs in the pasar tani.

When we returned home on 22.03.17, took her to consult Dr and was informed those rashes are caused by bed bugs.....the beds in apartment must have not been cleaned properly....poor little Xuan...
