I got to know this Kale Vegetable from my 2nd brother in law. He told me he got to know from one of his friends in KK that one man was diagnosed with a cancer (could not remember what type of cancer) and Dr informed him that he had only 6 months time to live. This man did not give up and had instead look for other remedies to fight for the life. He used Kale vege to blend with ginger and Kunyit (Turmeric in English) and drink as juice every morning. Surprisingly he live beyond 6 months and after a year he went back to the same Dr and the Dr was surprised also.
I searched the internet and found Kale indeed has a lot of benefits. Among them are multiple vitamins, antioxidants, helps to lower Cholesterol. Kale also contains cancer fighting substances.
I decided to give it a try since I am taking Cholesterol medicines. Hopefully natural remedy is able to help to replace the medicine. It is quite hard to find this online especially the organic one. Finally, I found organic4u website is selling but the price is not cheap compare to other vegetables, RM12.50 for 250g, excluding delivery charges of RM20. I added other groceries from the same website and paid for it.
The seller delivered the vege to me in 2 days.

I blended the Kale with ginger without the Kunyit as I worry it will be too heaty if I add both together.
