Vertigo Illness

Yesterday night after taking light dinner, suddenly felt very dizzy and wanted to vomit. Kids wanted to play with me but I told them papa was not feeling well. Jing Han listen to me and went up with her mommy. Jing Han always very sticky to me, she wanted me to bring her upstairs and sleep together.....and very persistent !  😅😅I was laying on a sofa then. Sit up, brought her to bedroom. Trying to sleep flat on the bed but immediately felt my head was spinning terribly. Sit up again and told Xuan I could not sleep on the bed and wanted to go down stair sofa to sleep. She said she wanted to sleep down stair also 😅. Managed to pursue her and asked her mommy to look after both of them.

Went down to sleep. It was about 9pm. Slept through the whole night till about 4am. Went to toilet and tried to sleep back but hardly could do that. The symptoms still existed. Woke up at 5.40am....

After sending Han to school, took a light breakfast and headed to office. About 10am, went to panel clinic, Alam Medic Shah Alam Section 7 to consult a doctor. She asked some questions, measured my BP, reading was normal. She told me the illness was Vertigo. I was given 2 medicines. I requested for a half-day sick leave in case the condition did not improve.

   Prochlorperazine Maleate 5mg - for severe nausea and vomit

 

Betanor 24mg Tablet - to treat inner ear that cause spinning and dizziness

After taking the medicines, I felt better and continued my work until 6pm. Left office early to go back for a better rest.  Hopefully condition would not relapse as family trip to Bentong, Thailand is on tomorrow, 18 Nov 17.
